I’d probably be Notes.
Not because it’s the flashiest app. Definitely not because it has the best branding. But because it’s where a lot of real life ends up. Half-finished thoughts, things you meant to say, grocery lists next to existential crises, one good sentence at 1:14 a.m., random reminders, bad ideas, great ideas, and the occasional line that feels way more honest than anything you said out loud that day.
That feels pretty human to me.
Notes is messy, useful, private, underrated. It’s not trying to impress anybody. It just quietly holds the fragments until they become something. And I like that. There’s something comforting about an app that doesn’t demand performance. It just says, put it here, we’ll figure it out later.
So yeah, if I were trapped inside my phone, I think I’d be Notes.
A little disorganized. Occasionally profound. Full of unfinished business.
